No matter what you use to defend your skin from the sun, it must be a broad spectrum sunscreen containing at least a 30 SPF. You need to reapply every hour and a half (I know it’s no fun, but it is essential). From there, it comes down to personal preference, what feels good on your skin and what works with your skin type. Sunscreen is the best anti-aging or youthful aging product. Don’t leave home without it!
